BMW R 37 494 (1925 - 1927) Description & History: The R 37 was introduced in 1925, being designed as a racing version of the R 32. The bike achieves 11mph more than its predecessor and comes with a 500 cc displacement with 16bhp at 4000rpm. Being an expensive bike, only 52 units of this bike were made. Another member of this family, the R39 was born in the same year.
