CAN-AM/ BRP Outlander 800R XT 800 (2010 - 2011) Description & History: The 2010 Can-Am Outlander 800R XT brings a major upgrade to the base model: the tri-mode Dynamic Power Steering system, helping the riders get better directional control of the ATV and sparing them of the fatigue which usually installs after many hours spent aboard a quad. With three selectable assistance levels, the DPS also helps boosting the confidence of less experienced riders in tight situations.
The XT package also brings lighter cast aluminium wheels shod with better tires (Carlisle), front and rear bumpers, a powerful winch with a wired remote control and hand protectors for the rider, all intended to provide a better response to the off-road conditions which in many cases are less friendly. Great for play and great for work, too, the 2010 Can-Am Outlander 800R XT can haul a lot of luggage on its two racks and is also capable of towing heavy loads.
