KAWASAKI ER-6n 649 (2005 - 2006) Description & History: 2005 was the year the Kawasaki ER-6n was introduced. The 4-stroke parallel-twin engine had a displacement increase up to 649cc and the power went up to 72 PS.

The styling was also refined, but the sporty character of this naked commuter bike remained intact. ABS was introduced as a option, and the rear shock went to the right side of the bike, becoming an iconic trademark for the ER series.

The instrument cluster was completely redesigned and received an analog tacho with a multi-function LCD screen for essential riding data, and the fuel tank has also been redesigned for better ergonomics.
