ROYAL ENFIELD Electra-X 499 (2004 - Present) Description & History: It is the "oldest lady" from the Royal Enfield family, being in production for many years. The new model seems unchanged since 1950 but this new version has a 500cc engine, 5-speed gearbox and front disc brake. The new frame, the modern tires, the indicators and, of course, the tank badges make it look younger.
