Sporting a no-nonsense 5-speed gearbox, the 2005 Arctic Cat 400 4x4 VP is also endowed with a very convenient hi-lo range, adding to the nimble character of the 376cc 4T engine.
The 4x4 transmission is permanent, so there's no other levers to operate like switchable 2/4WD models have. This straightforward ATV also comes with a generous ground clearance and double A-arm front suspension complement the ACT-independent rear one with large travel for great passability over rough terrain.
