DUCATI Multistrada 1200 S 1198 (2010 - Present) Description & History: Premiered at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy in November 2009, the new Ducati Multistrada boasts improved handling, traction and design. The bike received the 1198 cc L-twin cylinder Desmodromic engine from the 1198 supersport model. The Multistrada 1200 S comes in two trim levels: Sport and Touring. The Sport version features carbon fibre components such as cam belt covers, air intakes and hugger, while the Touring version features side panniers, heated grips and centre stand. Both versions of the Multistrada 1200 S come equipped as standard with DES system (Ducati Electronic Suspension), which electronically adjusts the Ãhlins suspsension and ABS.
