KAWASAKI Z 1000 1043 (2010 - Present) Description & History: "If the new Z1000 knocks your eyeballs out, that’s exactly what we had in mind". That is how Kawasaki presented their brand new 2010 Z 1000 model. The naked streetfighter bike boasts a retouched design in almost all aspects, the engine is a newly developed unit from Kawasaki, developing 138 hp at 9,600 rpm and 81 ft-lb at 7,800 rpm. The engine's response has been improved as well and the soft rev function assures power doesn’t drop off suddenly at high rpm. Kawasaki also designed a new aluminum frame specifically for the Z 1000.
