KAWASAKI Z1000 1043 (2009 - 2010) Description & History: The 2009 Z1000 brings a new engine for this naked Kawasaki motorcycle, with 1043cc 4-in-line architecture and delivering now 138 PS. The bike also receives an all-new aluminium twin-tube frame, with a horizontal back-link rear shock and fully-adjustable front fork.
The air intake ducts are now placed bear the fuel tank for a more aggressive look and lower air temperature. A new instrument panel has been installed, with 3-way adjustability and an eye-catching orange lens covering a multifunctional LCD screen.
The new, lightweight, cast wheels come with 5 spokes, and petal rotors for both front and rear. Shorter silencers still retain the quad styling.
